INFINNI is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to build practical technical solutions across client environments, connecting APIs, databases, SaaS tools, and internal systems to automate workflows.

You'll design integrations, scripts, and lightweight services, work with n8n/Make/Zapier, and deploy AI agents with LLMSs. This role spans integrations, automation, and AI, with fast-paced multi‑client delivery.

Formación

• 3–5 years of hands‑on software development experience.
• Experience across multiple clients or projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, authentication (OAuth, API keys), and data transformation.
• Hands‑on experience building with LLMs and AI agents.
• Experience with automation and integration platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.
• Working knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
• A self‑directed, ownership‑driven approach. You can enter an unfamiliar environment and figure things out quickly.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain automations connecting APIs, databases, SaaS tools, and internal systems.
• Build custom integrations, scripts, webhooks, and lightweight services when no‑code or low‑code tools aren't enough.
• Work with platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier and know when to use them vs. writing custom code.
• Manage multiple client environments and configurations while keeping solutions reliable, documented, and maintainable.
• Build and deploy AI agents and LLM‑powered workflows using OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar APIs.
• Handle prompting, tool/function calling, retrieval, structured outputs, and agent workflows.
• Identify practical opportunities to use AI to automate repetitive tasks and improve operations.
• Stay current with rapidly evolving AI and automation landscape.
• Understand new client environments, translate needs into technical solutions, and deliver reliable production systems.
• Monitor, debug, and improve solutions in production, handling errors, rate limits, retries, and edge cases.
