Job summary

RTB House is seeking a technically minded professional to manage client operations, coordinate campaign launches, and support integration with client e-commerce platforms.

You’ll work with sales to ensure top-tier customer service, monitor campaign performance, and propose process improvements to meet company and client goals. Proactive learning and strong English are essential for success in an international team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in tech support, analytics, and campaign optimization in digital marketing.
• Experience with HTML/JavaScript languages or API-based system integration.
• GA4 experience; knowledge of MMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct the technical operations for our clients.
• Coordinate all technical issues for online campaign launching and running.
• Support technical integration between rtb.com and client’s e-commerce platform.
• Work closely with sales teams to deliver high standards of customer service.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of online campaigns.
• Propose optimization solutions for processes to achieve internal and external goals.
