TwinRed is a leading digital advertising service provider with offices in Barcelona. We seek a proactive Account/Campaign Manager to manage advertiser relationships, optimize campaigns, and coordinate online strategies from our Barcelona office.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in digital advertising, strong English skills, and a solid grasp of media-buying models. You will work closely with our technical team and clients in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the digital sector with media buying exposure.
• Understanding of CPM, CPC, CPA, CPL, RS models and bidding logic.
• Strong written and spoken English; Russian is a plus.
• Able to analyze data and optimize campaigns efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with an existing advertiser portfolio.
• Optimize and create campaigns for major clients on an ongoing basis.
• Provide creative and analytical guidance to clients.
• Coordinate online campaign strategies and performance reporting.
• Onboard and activate new advertisers; negotiate budgets with publishers.
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement platform features.
