Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking an IT Recruiting Specialist for a temporary 6-month assignment in Spain. This role focuses on creating and executing a tailored talent acquisition strategy, forecasting hiring needs, and managing end-to-end recruitment, from posting to onboarding.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years in talent acquisition, experience with ATS/HR software, and fluent Spanish and English.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 1–3 years’ talent acquisition experience in fast-paced, tech environments.
• Experience with ATS and HR software.
• Spanish and English written and spoken communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities across cultures.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from posting to onboarding.
• Use various sourcing methods to attract candidates (social media, events, databases).
• Screen applications, conduct interviews, coordinate with department heads to fit roles.
• Negotiate offers and employment terms.
