Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Spain is seeking a dynamic Recruiting Intern to support the Talent Acquisition team across IT profiles. You will gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing candidates while contributing to a smooth hiring process.

The internship starts with onboarding coordination and documentation, expanding to full recruitment activities. 40 hours per week, 6 months, potential extension, and a scholarship agreement with a study center

Formación

• Sourcing, screening, interview coordination and candidate management experience.
• Administrative onboarding coordination and documentation exposure.
• Hands-on with professional recruiting tools and dashboards.

Responsabilidades

• Post job openings on internal and external platforms.
• Source digital profs via LinkedIn, job boards, talent pools.
• Pre-qualify candidates based on IT role requirements.
• Maintain candidate pipeline and interview coordination.
• Communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist in onboarding tasks and recruitment reports.
• Join senior recruiters in interviews and learn evaluation techniques.
• Support employer branding and sourcing campaigns.
