This role partners with hiring managers across technical teams to shape search strategies and own the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake to closing, with a strong emphasis on sourcing high-quality passive candidates.

Formación

• Proven full-cycle recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience, with strong exposure to technical hiring.
• Experience recruiting for Software Engineering, AI/ML, Data Science, Data Engineering, Product Engineering, Cloud, Security, DevOps, or similar technical functions.

Responsabilidades

• Partner directly with hiring managers across technical teams to understand hiring priorities, define role requirements, challenge assumptions, and shape effective search strategies
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from intake and sourcing through screening, interview process management, feedback, offer support, and closing
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines across Engineering, AI, Data Science, Product, Cloud, Security, DevOps, and other technical domains
• Identify, approach, and engage high-quality passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, market mapping, niche communities, and direct outreach
• Act as a strong ambassador for Biorce, ensuring every candidate has a professional, thoughtful, and engaging experience from first contact to offer
• Keep pipelines structured and ATS data accurate
• Track hiring activity, identify bottlenecks, and use data to provide clear updates and improve hiring outcomes
• Build an understanding of technical talent markets, competitor companies, candidate motivations, and sourcing channels to help Biorce compete for the best people
• Contribute ideas to improve the recruiting process, interview experience, sourcing strategy, candidate communication, and employer brand
