Biorce, a Healthtech innovator, is seeking a Senior Backend Developer (Delta Team) to build and scale our internal software infrastructure from Barcelona. You will own Leadro’s backend, APIs, and data flow, while integrating with GTM tools and external systems.

The role demands ownership, architecture, and mentorship to drive fast, reliable delivery. The candidate should have strong Node.js/TypeScript expertise, NestJS, and hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP preferred).

• 6+ years in software development and architecture with production ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and own Leadro's core backend services, from data models to APIs.
• Build and maintain deep third-party integrations across our GTM stack.
• Ship LLM-powered features: agentic workflows, enrichment pipelines, and intelligent automation.
• Set technical direction for the backend, lead design reviews, and raise the bar on code quality through rigorous code review and clean code practices.
• Mentor engineers and help the team deliver fast without breaking things.
