iTalenters in Spain is seeking motivated individuals to join our young and experienced IT recruiting team. You'll manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles, source candidates, conduct initial interviews, and build long-term relationships with talent.

This paid internship offers flexible hours, remote work options (4 days a week from Spain), and coaching from IT recruitment experts with the chance to convert to a contract.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Labor Relations or similar.
• High level of English (spoken and written).
• Team-player, detail-oriented, organized and good communication skills.
• Passion for the IT world.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the end to end recruitment cycle for all IT positions.
• Manage top of funnel recruiting including research, sourcing & candidate assessment.
• Use social media for proactive sourcing and post job offers.
• Develop innovative strategy around finding top talent.
• Conduct initial interviews for candidate screening.
• Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance.
• Building long-term relationships with potential candidates.
