Job summary

HBX Group is seeking a Tech Legal Counsel to bolster the Legal team with a focus on Technology, IP, and AI governance. The role provides legal support to Technology and Global Procurement, negotiating AI and tech contracts while advising on governance and regulatory frameworks worldwide.

Ideal candidates hold 3+ years in technology/IP law, with interest in AI, fintech, data protection and strong English/Spanish communication skills.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in Intellectual Property and Information Technology Law.
• Additional experience in AI-related matters, Fintech and Data Protection (GDPR) is a strong plus.
• Fluency in English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Advise on legal risks for Technology, Fintech and Global Procurement.
• Review, draft and negotiate contracts involving AI technologies and tech agreements.
• Provide guidance on IP, data protection and technology law across jurisdictions.
• Support regional commercial legal teams to ensure consistency across jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with Tax, Compliance, HR and InfoSec to deliver business-aligned legal advice.
