Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Procurement Legal Counsel based in Spain to support global procurement operations for a fast-growing AI infrastructure business. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, with emphasis on NDAs, MSAs, framework and construction contracts, and risk management across Europe and the Americas.

You will drive contract lifecycle management, templates, and playbooks, ensuring timely execution and scalable governance.

Qualifications

• Qualified in legal or contractual field with relevant certifications.
• Minimum four years drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Experience with NDAs, MSAs, framework agreements, and supply contracts.
• Familiarity with standard-form construction contracts (NEC, JCT, FIDIC, AIA).
• Knowledge of contractual risk areas incl. liability, indemnities, insurance, warranties, termination, IP.
• Experience with CLM platforms and electronic signatures.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate NDAs, MSAs, and supply contracts.
• Manage framework agreements including pricing schedules and SLAs.
• Prepare and manage construction & project contracts.
• Assess amendments per playbooks and escalate risks.
• Oversee contract execution, approvals, and recordkeeping.
• Maintain contract repository and monitor renewals & obligations.
• Develop templates, clause libraries, and playbooks.
