Sabio Group is seeking an AI and Privacy Counsel to join their Legal Department in Madrid. In this role, you'll handle customer contracts, focusing on AI-specific legal terms while ensuring compliance with regulations such as the EU AI Act.

The ideal candidate is a qualified lawyer with expertise in data protection, intellectual property, and a strong ability to negotiate complex contracts. This position allows for flexible working, engaging with teams across Spain, France, and the UK.

Formación

• 3-5 years PQE experience as a qualified lawyer.
• Experience drafting and negotiating technology contracts.
• Strong working knowledge of the EU AI Act.

Responsabilidades

• Draft and negotiate AI-specific terms in customer contracts.
• Act as legal lead on EU AI Act obligations.
• Advise on intellectual property in AI contexts.
