Hotelbeds Group, a leading Travel Tech company, seeks a Tech Legal Counsel to support its Legal team across technology, AI governance and procurement matters. You will review and negotiate technology and non-technology contracts and advise on AI governance and global compliance.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams across Tax, Compliance and HR to deliver cohesive legal advice, while ensuring alignment with regional and worldwide regulatory frameworks.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years in technology/IP/procurement legal roles.
• Experience advising on AI governance and contracts.
• Fluency in English is essential; Spanish fluency is a plus.
• Qualified lawyer with strong regulatory knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Advise on Tech, AI, IP, data protection and procurement matters.
• Review, draft and negotiate technology and fintech contracts.
• Provide governance guidance on AI-related frameworks.
• Collaborate with Tax, Compliance, HR and InfoSec teams.
