A leading travel tech company based in Spain is seeking a Tech Legal Advisor to provide legal support for Technology and Procurement departments, focusing on AI governance and contract negotiations. The ideal candidate is a qualified lawyer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Technology and IP Law, and fluency in both English and Spanish. This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative environment, driving innovation and aligning legal advice with business objectives.

Formación

• At least 3 years of experience in Technology and IP Law.
• Experience in AI-related agreements and governance.
• Strong interest and knowledge in emerging technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Provide legal advice to Technology and Global Procurement departments.
• Review and negotiate Tech and non-Tech contracts.
• Assist with AI governance and regulatory frameworks.
