UST España & Latam is seeking a Tech Lead to own a critical banking application built on Java and Actico Rules. The role is hybrid, based in Madrid, with three days in the office and English fluency required.

You will coordinate with business and technical stakeholders and drive improvements across monitoring, integrations, and security standards. The candidate should have a Computer Science/Engineering degree and hands-on experience with Java, Oracle DB, SQL, and Git, plus familiarity with BRMS

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience supporting banking applications, preferably Front Office or Middle Office.
• Strong knowledge of monitoring, integrations (Web Services, MQ, File Transfer), and incident management.
• Hands-on experience with Java-based applications, Oracle DB, SQL, and Git.
• Knowledge of Actico Rules or similar technologies and enterprise architecture.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage a critical business application, ensuring stability and performance.
• Act as the main contact for business, technical, and operational stakeholders.
• Coordinate incidents, changes, risk assessments, and lifecycle activities.
• Monitor health, capacity, and performance; drive continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and EA teams on design and modernization.
