UST is seeking an Application Responsible (AR) & System Architect for a strategic banking project in Madrid. The role focuses on end-to-end ownership of a critical internal application built on Actico Rules, with hybrid work in a 3x2 pattern and collaboration across architecture, development, and infra teams.

The candidate will ensure performance, security, and compliance while guiding modernization and integration efforts with stakeholders and enterprise architects.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience supporting front-office and/or middle-office banking applications.
• Strong knowledge of application monitoring tools, integration patterns, databases, Git, and Jira.

Responsabilidades

• Take end-to-end ownership of a critical business application, ensuring availability, stability, and performance.
• Act as the main point of contact for operational, technical, and functional stakeholders.
• Perform application health checks, performance tuning, and capacity planning activities.
• Coordinate incident management, changes, and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve issues and deliver enhancements.
• Maintain accurate application documentation, runbooks, and service records.
• Drive lifecycle activities including modernization and rationalization initiatives.
• Validate technical and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects on solution design and evolution.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and cloud-first strategies.
