UST is seeking a Java developer to work on Actico Rules in Madrid. The role requires building and maintaining IT services, REST integrations, and Actico Rule processes in a hybrid Madrid setting with 3 days in the office.

The project is long-term with an international fintech client. English is the primary language for communication, and the candidate should have strong Java, Eclipse, and Oracle SQL skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Strong experience with Java technology stack and system engineering
• Good understanding of REST web service integration
• Hands-on experience with Eclipse for development and debugging
• Experience using Git
• Proven experience integrating Actico Platform and Visual Rules (Actico Rules)
• Solid knowledge of Oracle databases and SQL
• Understanding of Business Rule Management is a plus
• Certifications or formal training on Visual Rules / Actico Rules are beneficial
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
• High level of reliability, commitment, and proactive ownership
• Ability to analyze complex problems and deliver end-to-end solutions

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain IT services using the Dynamic Application Framework
• Build and maintain web user interfaces, process state flows, and service/database integrations
• Develop and support Java-based applications within an enterprise environment
• Integrate business rule services, specifically using the Actico Platform and Visual Rules
• Work with RESTful web services and ensure reliable system integrations
• Collaborate in a team responsible for development, operation, support, and maintenance of IT services
• Analyze complex technical and business problems and define end-to-end solution paths
• Ensure solutions meet client needs and align with business objectives
