UST España & Latam is seeking top talent for an Application Operations Support role in Madrid on a hybrid model (3 days in the office, 2 days WFH). Join a global technology services leader with a strong commitment to equal opportunities.

You will ensure core banking applications run smoothly, handle 2nd level incident support, coordinate with incident managers and service owners, and participate in weekend releases and on-call duties.

Formación

• Professional experience in application support.
• Good Unix know-how (shell scripting an advantage).
• Knowledge of Windows OS at server level.
• Knowledge of Java application server / database / AWA is an advantage.
• Good written and spoken English; German an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Ensuring the operation of core banking applications in respect to application management (2nd level support).
• Processing of incident tickets generated by monitoring systems and the local service desk within SLAs.
• Coordinating between incident managers, application service owners, 3rd-level support and other IT/Business stakeholders.
• Taking over on-call duty (weekly 7x24).
• Administration of change requests for application related processes.
• Participation in periodic releases on weekends.
• Engaging in projects relating to operational aspects for existing or newly integrated applications.
• Process optimization and automation of repetitive tasks including handover to L1 (Control Center).
