Mapon is seeking an experienced Tech Lead for its Integrations team in Barcelona. You will guide both back-end and front-end developers, aligning with the Product Owner to design, develop, and maintain solutions such as driver time tracking, customer self-service, APIs, and partner integrations.

You will own delivery, architecture, and strategic alignment, driving modern tooling, QA automation, and observability while mentoring team members and collaborating across Europe.

Formación

• Previous experience in the Technical Lead role or equivalent.
• Proficiency in programming with emphasis on web development and related technologies.
• Deep knowledge of solution architecture, patterns and best practices.
• Understanding non-functional requirements: maintainability, scalability, security and performance.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and growth; proactive and product‑oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Own engineering & delivery: sprint planning, backlog refinement, goals, and full lifecycle.
• Maintain delivery predictability balancing business projects and improvements.
• Flag risks early and keep stakeholders informed.
• Shape architecture and long-term roadmap aligned with product direction.
• Lead solution design, document important decisions and trade-offs.
• Identify technical debt and drive improvement initiatives to speed delivery.
• Champion modern tooling, AI-assisted development, QA automation, and observability.
• Foster a safe, collaborative team culture with coaching and growth.
• Ensure clear goals, priorities, roadmap, and autonomous decision-making.
• Contribute to hiring, onboarding and performance reviews.
