Mapon, a profitable European SaaS company, is seeking a Product Manager to own a product area used by businesses across Europe. You will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to turn customer insights into valuable products.

You will balance customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility, shift between strategic and hands-on work, and explore AI and data-driven opportunities to enhance workflows across fleet management and logistics.

Formación

• Experience as Product Manager or similar in B2B SaaS.
• Ability to own a product area and prioritize.
• Strong customer problem solving and data-informed decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Own vision, strategy, roadmap, and performance of your product area.
• Understand customers, their workflows, challenges, and business needs.
• Identify and validate customer problems and product opportunities through discovery, research, data, and market insights.
• Define clear product outcomes and success metrics rather than focusing only on feature delivery.
• Prioritize opportunities based on customer value, strategic fit, commercial potential, and development effort.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design throughout discovery, solution development, delivery, and iteration.
• Use product analytics and customer feedback to understand adoption, behaviour, and opportunities for improvement.
• Engage with Sales, HAM, and Marketing to ensure successful go-to-market and product adoption.
• Engage directly with customers and partners across different European markets.
• Identify opportunities to grow product revenue, retention, and customer value.
• Explore how AI, automation, and data can create new capabilities and improve workflows.
• Keep track of market developments, competitors, and emerging customer needs.
• Communicate product direction, priorities, decisions, and results clearly across the organization.
• Continuously improve the product based on measurable outcomes and learnings.
