Mapon Spain is seeking a CTO to lead a 50+ person engineering organization and drive technological strategy for a mature, multi-product SaaS platform. You will align product roadmaps with technical capabilities, oversee architecture and platform evolution, and partner with Product to deliver customer value and profitable growth.
The role focuses on modernization, scalable engineering leadership, and building an organization that scales beyond individual contributors while maintaining security
Formación
- Proven experience leading large-scale SaaS engineering organizations.
- Ability to translate company strategy into technology strategy and budgets.
- Strong architectural judgment across data-intensive systems and APIs.
- Experience guiding modernization of mature codebases without disrupting delivery.
- Proven ability to work with Product to align customer value with technical plans.
Responsabilidades
- Lead a 50+ person engineering organization through the CTO role.
- Define technology strategy, investment priorities and OKRs.
- Shape architecture, platform evolution and delivery practices across products.
- Improve reliability, security, observability and cost efficiency.
- Partner with Product to determine what to build and why, and how to build it.
