Mapon is seeking a seasoned Tech Lead for its Integrations team to drive delivery, architecture, and people leadership. You will guide back-end and front-end work, collaborate with Product, and ensure high-quality, timely solutions such as driver time tracking and our API ecosystem.

You will mentor engineers, shape the technical roadmap, and promote modern tooling and observability while maintaining alignment with company OKRs and product direction.

Formación

• Experience as Tech Lead or equivalent.
• Proficiency in web development with PHP/MySQL stack.
• Knowledge of architecture, design patterns, and clean code.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Own delivery & planning from sprint to release.
• Shape architecture and long-term technology roadmap.
• Lead and develop the team with mentoring and feedback.
• Partner with Product to align tech work with business goals.
