atwork is seeking a Tech Lead for its multi-tenant B2B SaaS platform used by HR teams and employees across organisations. The role blends technical leadership with hands-on development, mentoring the team and serving as the technical reference point for the business.

You will work with Product to translate objectives into feasible technical plans, own production incidents and Azure setup, and help drive AI adoption while maintaining quality and engineering discipline.

Formación

• Education in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 8+ years of professional experience leading technically.
• Strong .NET and SQL Server experience with performance tuning.
• Hands-on frontend with modern frameworks and API design.
• Ability to mentor, communicate with stakeholders, and own quality.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical direction with hands-on development about half the time.
• Guide architecture decisions and design for new projects.
• Translate business objectives into feasible technical plans with the PM.
• Own production incidents, monitoring, and Azure setup.
• Coach developers and participate in hiring.
• Improve product with AI integration and architectural improvements.
