develop is seeking a Tech Lead / Engineering Lead for an AI-native product. This hands-on leadership role blends technical direction, product thinking, architecture and engineering leadership, while integrating AI-assisted development.

You will own the technical approach and drive delivery across modern cloud-native architectures. You will mentor engineers, partner with product and design, and shape how AI agents become a core part of the engineering process.

Formación

• Strong product mindset with ability to think beyond single features.
• Full-stack experience with TypeScript, Node.js and modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience designing APIs and working with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Experience deploying and operating services in cloud environments (AWS, GCP).
• Knowledge of agentic systems, MLOps or LLMOps and multi-step workflows.
• Experience leading or mentoring engineers in a fast-moving product environment.
