atwork is seeking a Tech Lead to guide a multi-tenant B2B SaaS platform for HR teams and employees. The role balances hands-on development with strategic technical direction, mentoring the team, and acting as a reference point for the business.

You will collaborate with Product Manager and engineering leadership, own quality practices, drive CI/CD, and shape the architecture while maintaining a hands-on coding contribution of about half the time.

Formación

• 8+ years of professional experience leading technically in web apps.
• Strong .NET and Entity Framework skills with SQL Server experience.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (Angular) and other frameworks like React/Vue/Svelte is acceptable.
• Fluent English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Hands-on development ~50% of the time and leadership of technical decisions.
• Lead architectural direction and drive options to a clear decision.
• Translate business objectives into feasible technical plans with risk flags.
• Collaborate with Product Manager to align product goals with technical plans.
• Own quality practices: tests, CI/CD, code reviews and documentation.
• Manage technical risk and debt with a reduction plan.
• Own production incident response, monitoring and Azure setup.
• Coach developers and participate in hiring for the technical team.
• Represent atwork in client and stakeholder meetings as needed.
• Propose product improvements and AI adoption.
