atwork.ai is looking for a Tech Lead to drive the technical direction of our multi‑tenant B2B SaaS platform. You will contribute as a developer and mentor the team, shaping architecture and helping product teams translate business goals into feasible technical plans.

You will work with the Product Manager and architecture specialist to own the technical direction, manage incidents and Azure setup, and push for strong CI/CD practices and quality gates. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Formación

• 8+ years of professional experience leading production web applications
• Strong .NET/EF and SQL Server experience including query performance and data modelling
• Experience with a modern frontend framework (Angular, React, Vue or Svelte)
• Architectural decision‑making: service boundaries, data modelling, API design
• Demonstrated commitment to clean code, SOLID and testing; set test strategy and review standards
• Comfort working with AI coding agents and reviewing their output critically
• Experience coaching developers and hiring; able to explain complex tech to non‑tech stakeholders
• Fluent English and Spanish

Responsabilidades

• Lead the technical direction of the product with the team and architecture specialist
• Hands‑on development ~50% of the time while guiding design and implementation decisions
• Perform technical analysis and design for new projects, driving to clear decisions
• Translate business objectives into feasible technical plans; flag delivery risks early
• Own quality and engineering practices: testing strategy, CI/CD, gates, reviews
• Manage technical risk and debt with a plan to reduce it
• Own production incident response, monitoring, and Azure setup
• Coach and mentor developers and participate in hiring
• Represent atwork in client and stakeholder meetings when needed
• Propose improvements to product and AI adoption
