atwork corporate AG is seeking a Tech Lead for its multi-tenant B2B SaaS platform. You will balance hands-on development with directing the technical direction, coaching the team and serving as the technical reference point for the business.

You will collaborate with Product Manager, architecture specialist and engineering, owning architecture decisions and design for new projects. Role includes incident response, CI/CD, and mentoring while exploring AI-driven improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification.
• 8+ years of professional experience building and operating production web applications end to end with technical leadership.
• Strong .NET and Entity Framework skills, with solid SQL Server experience and data modelling.
• Experience with a modern component-based front-end framework; Angular 21 preferred, React/Vue/Svelte acceptable.
• Architectural decision-making: service boundaries, data modelling, API design, and documenting trade-offs.
• Demonstrated clean code, SOLID principles, testing methodology, and setting test strategy.
• Comfort with AI coding agents and review of their output.
• Experience coaching developers and communicating with non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical direction of the product while contributing as a developer.
• Coaching the team and acting as the technical reference point for business.
• Lead technical analysis and design for new projects and drive decisions.
• Turn business objectives into feasible technical plans with risk flags.
• Own quality, CI/CD, test strategy, gates, and code review standards.
• Manage technical risk and debt with a plan to reduce them.
• Own production incidents, monitoring, performance, and Azure setup.
• Coach and mentor developers and participate in hiring.
• Support the business in client and stakeholder meetings.
• Propose product improvements and AI adoption strategies.
