House of ABY is launching a brand-new software development team in Barcelona to support a global leader in energy technology. We seek a Tech Lead to own the technical direction, build a high-performing team from scratch and drive architecture across Python, React and AWS.

You will recruit and mentor five engineers, define standards, ensure security and reliability, and work within a SAFe environment. The role offers a permanent contract and international project exposure across Europe and Asia.

Formación

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2–3 years in a Tech Lead or senior leadership role.
• Hands-on with Python and React.
• Experience in industrial or engineering environments.
• Strong DevOps and CI/CD knowledge.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow a team of five engineers.
• Define technical standards and practices.
• Mentor engineers and conduct code reviews.
• Own high-level architecture and security.
• Collaborate in SAFe environment and communicate with stakeholders.
