House of ABY in Barcelona is launching a new software development team to support a global energy technology leader. We are seeking a Tech Lead to own the technical direction from day one and help build a high-performing engineering team.

You will design scalable AWS architectures, drive DevOps and CI/CD, mentor engineers, collaborate in SAFe, and communicate architecture to stakeholders across Europe and Asia. This permanent role offers hybrid work, competitive salary and career progression.

Formación

• 8 years of experience in Software Engineering, with at least 2-3 years in a Tech Lead or technical leadership position.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Python and React.
• Solid experience designing architectures in AWS.
• Strong understanding of DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Previous experience working in industrial or engineering environments.
• Knowledge of NPI processes and FMEA methodology.
• Experience designing solutions around high availability and disaster recovery.
• Understanding of security architecture and threat modeling.
• Experience with SAFe or another scaled Agile framework.
• Ability to communicate architecture and technical decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluent English and confidence working in international environments.
