Ersilia, based in Barcelona, is seeking a Tech Lead to shape product architecture and scale the platform. You will code, drive technical direction, and mentor an impact-driven engineering team in a hybrid setup.

You will guide design decisions, own core backend components, and collaborate with Product and Design to translate requirements into scalable solutions. Fluency in Spanish is helpful; English is advantageous.

Formación

• Strong experience building production software.
• Minimum 2 years experience acting as a Tech Lead or Lead Engineer.
• Solid experience with React, Node.js and Typescript.
• Good understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar).
• Experience working across the full product lifecycle.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Experience making architectural decisions.
• Enjoys working in a start-up, scale up environment.

Responsabilidades

As a Tech Lead you will play a key role in shaping how we build and scale our product. You will work closely with a high impact engineering team, combining hands-on development with tech leadership, architectural decisions and mentoring.

This is a hands-on role: you will write code, set the technical direction for your area.
