ENGIE España seeks a Tech Lead to steer the B2B IT landscape, translating business priorities into robust designs and delivering high‑quality software hands‑on. You will guide developers, coordinate suppliers and own complex production incidents across code, data, and integrations.

The role combines architecture, engineering leadership and operational ownership within Energy Supply Iberia, reporting to the Digital & IT Lead. It offers hybrid work and a promise of professional growth.

Formación

• University degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Strong hands-on with Angular, Python and FastAPI.
• Deep REST/JSON API, OAuth 2.0, Keycloak and RBAC experience.
• Extensive PostgreSQL, SQL, MongoDB and RabbitMQ knowledge.
• Experience with Nginx, containers and Kubernetes; architecture skills.
• CI/CD, security lifecycle, incident management and DevSecOps practices.
• Hybrid Azure on-premise architectures and Terraform/GitOps experience.
• Fluent English; strong coordination across multi-disciplinary teams.
• About 6 years in senior software development with leadership exposure.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the technical evolution of B2B IT landscape translating priorities into design decisions.
• Hands-on design, development of critical components, APIs, and integrations.
• Coordinate team work, set acceptance criteria and remove blockers.
• Ensure quality via reviews, tests, security controls and observability.
• Manage technical debt, performance and maintainability; escalate as needed.
• Monitor service health, lead incident response and root-cause analysis.
• Define deployment, support, monitoring, and disaster recovery procedures.
