ENGIE is seeking a Tech Lead for ENGIE B2B IT in Madrid. You will guide the technical evolution of the B2B IT landscape, translating business priorities into design decisions and high-quality deliveries.

You will also personally develop critical components and lead complex technical challenges. Reporting to the Digital & IT Lead in Energy Supply Iberia, you will organize the team's execution, mentor developers, coordinate suppliers and drive incident resolution.

Formación

• Bachelor's or higher in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Software Engineering or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong hands-on command of Angular, Python and FastAPI.
• Deep experience with REST/JSON APIs, OAuth 2.0, Keycloak and RBAC.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL, plus MongoDB and RabbitMQ.
• Hands-on experience with Nginx, containers and Kubernetes; architecture skills.
• Experience with CI/CD, observability, secure SDLC, incident management and technical planning.
• English B2+; C1 helpful for international coordination.
• Around 6+ years as a Senior Software Developer with leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the technical evolution of ENGIE B2B IT landscape and translate priorities into design decisions and technical plans.
• Design and develop critical software components, APIs, integrations and automations hands-on.
• Organise and coordinate the team's technical work and remove blockers.
• Ensure architecture quality, security controls, testing strategy and deployment standards.
• Monitor service health, incident response and root-cause analysis for complex issues.
• Define deployment, monitoring, change-management and DevSecOps practices.
• Mentor team members and develop technical capabilities through knowledge sharing.
