Kabilio is seeking a hands-on Tech Lead to shape and scale our AI-native Financial Operating System for accounting firms and SMEs in Southern Europe. You will own core platform areas, set technical direction, and mentor a high-impact engineering team while writing production-grade code across the stack.

You’ll collaborate closely with the CTO and cross-functional teams to balance speed with quality, improve testing and performance practices, and help define the roadmap as we expand into Spain

Formación

• 5+ years of production-grade software experience.
• 1–2+ years as Tech Lead or senior engineer with leadership responsibilities.
• Solid understanding of relational databases and making architectural decisions in real-world systems.

Responsabilidades

• Take technical ownership of core parts of the platform and guide design.
• Lead architectural decisions in collaboration with CTO and senior peers.
• Ensure long-term maintainability and high technical quality of your area.
