The successful candidate will provide strategic legal guidance, negotiate complex commercial agreements (supplier contracts, software licenses), and manage compliance programs covering data privacy and regulatory obligations.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree and active bar membership required.
• 5–8 years of legal experience in law firm and/or in-house.
• Experience in tech, automotive or mobility sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal guidance across global operations.
• Negotiate complex commercial agreements (supplier contracts, software licenses).
• Manage compliance programs covering data privacy and regulatory obligations.
• Collaborate with engineering, finance and business development teams.
