Concentrix seeks a Team Leader (French-speaking) for an on-site role in Benalmádena, Spain. You will manage a bilingual team, ensure KPI delivery, handle escalations, and drive process improvements while maintaining high service standards.

The position requires management experience in a contact center, strong written and verbal communication, and solid reporting skills using Excel and Power BI. Competitive salary on a permanent Spanish contract.

Formación

• Bilingual or proficient level of French and advanced level of English.
• Previous management experience in a contact center environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to lead team in multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting timelines on deliverables.
• Work well under pressure and follow through on items to completion.
• Strong affinity with numbers and reporting, experience with Microsoft Excel and PBI are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure delivery of services meets contractual KPIs, quality standards, and financial targets
• Handle escalated customer issues and provide subject matter expertise
• Monitor attendance, work performance, and compliance with policies and legal requirements
• Analyze team metrics, identify root causes of attrition, and partner with leadership on retention strategies
• Implement corrective actions for performance issues, up to and including termination
• Communicate expectations, updates, and process changes effectively to staff
• Manage shift-wide projects to improve productivity, quality, and service processes
• Collaborate with clients to align on strategy, KPI performance, and service delivery
