Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Team Leader to supervise a customer service team in the travel industry. The role focuses on people development, performance coaching, and achieving targets on a fast-paced on-site environment in Barcelona.

Fluency in Catalan and English is required. An associate degree or equivalent is preferred, with 2–4 years of leadership experience. The position offers a permanent contract and a central Barcelona location.

Your responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day activities of a customer service team, including attendance and performance monitoring.
• Coach and mentor team members through regular feedback sessions to help them achieve their individual and team targets.
• Monitor KPIs and service quality, identifying performance gaps and implementing improvement plans when needed.
• Ensure customer service delivery meets contractual requirements and business objectives.
• Communicate goals, expectations, and relevant updates clearly to your team.
• Support agents with escalated customer enquiries, providing guidance and expertise when needed.
• Lead team meetings, encourage open communication, and organize team activities to strengthen collaboration.
• Follow company policies and procedures while promoting Concentrix values and a positive team environment.

What we’re looking for

• Proficient or bilingual in Catalan + English
• An associate degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field is preferred.
• Two to four years of relevant professional experience is preferred.
• Previous experience coaching, mentoring, or supervising team members.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A results-oriented mindset, with the ability to motivate others and drive performance.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• The ability to remain calm under pressure and follow through on commitments.
• Flexibility to adapt to business needs and working schedules.

What’s in it for you

• 39 hours/week permanent contract: rotative Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00

• Salary 24.171,4 euros gross/year + up to 2500 euros gross/year in bonus
