Concentrix is seeking a motivated Team Leader to supervise and support a customer service team in Barcelona. You will coach, monitor KPIs, and drive performance while ensuring service quality and contractual alignment.

The role requires Catalan and English fluency, an associate degree (preferred), and 2–4 years of relevant experience. The position offers a permanent contract and a central Barcelona location with opportunities for growth.
