Formación
- 3+ years of customer service team management experience in the automotive industry.
- Danish and Chinise language proficiency with fluent English.
- Strong IT knowledge and high customer care knowledge.
- Leadership, coaching and change-management skills.
Responsabilidades
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of customer support representatives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and develop improvement plans.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and support.
- Cooperate with PM to fulfill Client's business account plan.
- Monitor team performance against KPIs.
- Deliver performance reviews to team members.
- Identify training needs and organize training sessions.
- Prepare reports on team performance, incidents, and customer feedback.
