Accenture is seeking a Change Management and Testing Coordinator to join its Talent team. You will drive change management and stakeholder engagement while coordinating UAT and End-to-End testing for a key client project, ensuring user adoption and project readiness.

You will work closely with business and technology teams to keep testing activities on track, monitor progress, risks and dependencies, and escalate as needed.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Change Management, Talent Transformation, PMO or related roles.
• High School Diploma/GED required.

Responsabilidades

• Support change management and stakeholder engagement activities across the project.
• Coordinate and track User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and End-to-End (E2E) testing activities.
• Follow up with business and technical teams to ensure testing activities are executed as planned.
• Track testing progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when required.
• Coordinate defect management and support timely resolution of identified issues.
• Prepare and communicate testing status updates to stakeholders.
• Contribute to project readiness, user adoption, and testing sign-off activities.
