Jobgether in Spain is seeking a Test Coordinator (ICH / Workday) to lead testing across a large HR transformation programme. You will define the test strategy, develop detailed plans, and govern quality across multiple teams and vendors.

This senior role requires hands-on coordination of SIT, UAT, regression and performance testing, plus defect management and clear stakeholder communication. You will contribute to successful Workday/HCM implementations in a global, multi‑vendor environment.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Test Coordinator/Lead in complex programmes.
• Experience in HR/ERP or Workday transformation projects.
• Strong QA governance and end-to-end testing lifecycle knowledge.
• Hands-on with SIT, UAT, regression and performance testing.
• Defect management using JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent stakeholder management across multi-vendor environments.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain the overall test strategy and entry/exit criteria.
• Develop test plans, test cases, and RTMs aligned with requirements.
• Coordinate execution across SIT, UAT, regression and performance testing.
• Monitor progress, risks and quality metrics, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Manage end-to-end defect lifecycle and triage sessions.
• Produce regular test progress and readiness reporting.
• Support UAT coordination with business users sign-off.
