Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Change Management Lead in Barcelona to drive adoption across multi-site transformation initiatives. You will define change frameworks, map stakeholders, and lead training programs to ensure sustainable adoption.

The role requires fluent English, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to work cross-culturally within a large-scale deployment context. You will report to leadership and collaborate with Business Lines.

Formación

• Proven experience in change management, ideally within operational excellence, transformation or large-scale deployment projects.
• Solid knowledge of change management methodologies and frameworks, such as ADKAR/Prosci and Kotter.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a cross-cultural, multi-site environment.
• Analytical mindset with experience defining and tracking adoption and performance KPIs.
• Proactive, empathetic approach to managing resistance and driving sustainable adoption.

Responsabilidades

• Frame change approaches for operational excellence initiatives, including impact assessment, stakeholder mapping and readiness analysis.
• Build and execute change, communication and training plans.
• Manage change agents and super-users.
• Facilitate workshops and feedback loops to drive adoption.
• Apply structured change management methodologies alongside Amadeus project management methodology.
• Define and monitor adoption KPIs.
• Track performance against plan and propose corrective actions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to leadership and Business Lines.
• Support governance and decision-making.
