The Work

We are expanding our Iberia Talent & Organization team and looking for experienced consultants with a strong track record in HR transformation and organizational change. As a Consultant, you will take on a more strategic role, leading key workstreams, driving client engagement, and ensuring successful execution of transformation initiatives.

As a Consultant, you will be expected to take ownership of critical workstreams, providing strategic guidance, shaping project direction, and influencing key stakeholders. A typical project might include the following activities:

• Supporting people and organizations in adopting new technologies, processes, or ways of working by fully understanding both the transformation program and its impact on the organization.
• Contributing to transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment between business objectives and people‑focused strategies.
• Designing and implementing interventions that enhance organizational effectiveness, leveraging Accenture’s methodologies, assets, and tools to ensure lasting change.
• Conducting stakeholder analysis and impact assessments to tailor solutions that drive engagement and adoption.
• Developing transformation plans, including next‑generation communication strategies and tailor‑made training programs to meet diverse audience needs.
• Measuring the effectiveness of interventions using data‑driven approaches and storytelling methods to assess business readiness.

Here’s What You Need

• 4+ years of experience in transformation projects related to HR, organizational change, or digital adoption in large‑scale environments.
• Minimum bachelor's degree.
• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) are essential.
• Proficiency in at least one other language.
• For positions in the Barcelona office, proficiency in Catalan is required.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Cultural sensitivity and proven experience working in multinational environments.
• Experience with analytics is an asset.
• Advanced functional knowledge of HR technology solutions (Workday, SSFF, others) is valued.
• Experience in Change Management within S4H environments is valued.Professional certifications in Agile, Design Thinking, or HR transformation methodologies are a plus.
