We are looking for a Talent Manager to lead the Talent agenda in Iberia (Spain & Portugal). Reporting directly to the HR Director and leading a team of professionals, you will connect the Talent strategy with organizational priorities. You will have end-to-end accountability for the Talent Management lifecycle. Your mission is to position HR initiatives at the service of both people and business needs.
You will directly manage and develop the Talent team, fostering high performance and collaboration. You will define and drive the Talent strategy for Iberia, ensuring alignment with local priorities and Group HR guidelines.
You will lead Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding as one of the core responsibilities of the role. This includes building and managing strategic talent pipelines (such as the Graduate Programme), leading initiatives like Top Employer, and developing strong partnerships with key talent attraction stakeholders, including universities, training centres, and business schools, to secure future capabilities.
You will lead the deployment of Performance Management frameworks, promoting a strong feedback culture.
You will define Learning & Development strategies aligned with business needs. From design to deployment, you will ensure our development programs and compliance requirements to deliver real impact and effective capability building.
You will lead HR Projects and drive the optimization of the Talent area through technology (e.g., SuccessFactors, AI applied to HR).
You will use a process-driven approach, defining KPIs to support decisions, continuous improvement and ensure compliance with regulations (Take responsibility).
