Hero is seeking a Talent Manager to lead the Talent agenda in Iberia (Spain & Portugal), reporting to the HR Director and guiding a regional team. The role focuses on attracting, developing and engaging talent to advance business priorities.

You will drive end-to-end Talent Management, learning programs and performance frameworks, while pushing innovative HR projects and data-driven decisions across Iberia. Hybrid work is offered.

Formación

• 8+ years across full Talent lifecycle (TA, TM, Performance, L&D)
• Experience leading and developing teams in multinational/matrix environments
• Proven executive search or recruitment consulting experience
• Business-minded with HR tech and data analytics
• Fluent in Spanish and English (C1-C2)

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end accountability for Talent Management lifecycle.
• Lead Talent strategy for Iberia in alignment with global HR guidelines.
• Oversee Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding initiatives.
• Drive Performance Management and feedback culture.
• Define Learning & Development strategies and delivery.
• Lead HR Projects and drive data-driven optimization using tech.
• Establish governance, KPIs, and regulatory compliance.
