LOEWE is seeking a Talent Manager to drive talent attraction and selection for Manufacturing and Logistics, shaping profiles that fit the business. You will partner with managers to define needs, publish offers, and steer direct search initiatives.

You will also lead training and development efforts, support onboarding and internal mobility, and contribute to succession planning. Fluency in Spanish and English is required; French or Italian is a plus.

Formación

• At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in luxury/fashion.
• Experience in training, development, or talent management projects is a plus.
• Ability to work closely with managers and act as a business partner.
• Strong communication, organizational, and priority management skills.
• Results-oriented with KPI-driven mindset.
• High level of Spanish and English proficiency; French and/or Italian is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end selection processes for assigned positions, including resume screening, interviews, and candidate evaluation based on profile.
• Meet with managers to understand hiring needs, define profiles, and align expectations.
• Draft and publish job offers on appropriate channels and implement direct search and sourcing strategies to identify talent (internal and external).
• Coordinate the interview process with managers and other key stakeholders.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience aligned with company standards.
