Itp Aero in Málaga is launching a Talent & Development Early Career Programme (9 months). You will join the Corporate Talent team, participate in initiatives like competency-based leadership, onboarding, and employee listening, and gain a global view of talent and culture processes.

Day-to-day you will prepare content for programmes, support talent attraction, track projects, implement new processes, monitor KPIs, and produce reports.

Formación

• Recent graduates in Psychology, Sociology, Communication or Humanities seeking a People function career.
• Excellent English language skills and strong written/spoken communication.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn with an initiative and proactive mindset.
• Ability to collaborate and effectively communicate with cross-functional teams.
• Comfort working in digital environments and using technological tools.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare content and materials for talent programmes and initiatives.

• Track projects and ensure they progress on time and with quality.

Talent & Development Early Career Programme (9 months) (F/M/X)

Would you like to understand how the talent function works in a global company and start building your career with real impact?

In this role, you will have the opportunity to take part in key initiatives such as development programmes, competency-based leadership, talent attraction, onboarding, and employee listening.

You will join the Corporate Talent team at a time of transformation, collaborating with international teams. This will give you a comprehensive view of how talent and culture processes are designed and implemented at a global level.

You will play an active role in launching and delivering different talent initiatives, participating in the entire lifecycle, from preparation to follow-up..

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Prepare content and materials for talent programmes and initiatives
• Support talent attraction and management campaigns
• Track projects and ensure they progress on time and with quality
• Support the implementation of new processes and tools
• Monitor KPIs and coordinate with other teams
• Prepare reports and presentations

In addition, you will be involved in digitalisation projects within the function, including the use of AI applied to talent processes.
