LingoAce in Barcelona is seeking a proactive recruiter to lead end-to-end recruitment across Europe, starting with France, publishing, searching, interviewing, and updating the ATS while aligning with KPIs.

You will partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to drive timely hiring, manage offers and onboarding, and support onboarding and L&D initiatives in a fast-paced multilingual environment.

Formación

• At least 2 years of recruitment experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of ATS and recruitment processes.
• Experience managing full recruitment cycle from headhunting to closure.

Responsabilidades

• Publish, search, and interview candidates for roles across Europe, starting with the French market.
• Maintain and update the ATS with candidate details and status.
• Strategize hiring priorities with management to meet KPIs.
• Conduct interviews and candidate reviews with hiring managers.
• Handle administrative duties for offers, approvals, and contracts.
• Assist managers with onboarding and offboarding of employees.
• Organise trainings and learning and development activities for staff.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment across Europe for LingoAce, starting with France. In this role, you publish, search, interview, and continually update the ATS while aligning with management KPIs. You’ll partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to drive timely hiring, manage offers and onboarding, and support learning and development initiatives. This role is ideal for a proactive, organized recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, multilingual environment shaping talent for growth.

• Publish, search, and interview candidates for roles across Europe, starting with the French market
• Maintain and update the ATS with candidate details and status
• Strategize hiring priorities with management to meet KPIs
• Conduct interviews and candidate reviews with hiring managers
• Solicit feedback and schedule interviews with hiring managers and senior team managers
• Handle administrative duties for offers, approvals, and contracts
• Assist managers with onboarding and offboarding of employees
• Organise trainings and learning and development activities for staff
• At least 2 years of recruitment experience
• Proficient in English, Spanish, and French
• Advanced level of Italian preferred but not mandatory
• Demonstrated knowledge of ATS and recruitment processes
• Experience managing full recruitment cycle from headhunting to closure
