Job summary

Randstad Spain is seeking an Operational Talent Solutions Recruiter to maintain regular communication with candidates, provide updates at each stage, and build a robust pipeline across logistics, industrial and skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail.

You will research industry trends, assist in client pitches, and ensure compliance through document processing while preparing regular reports for leadership.

Qualifications

• Responsibilities include maintaining regular communication with candidates and providing updates at each stage of the process.
• Meets weekly quotas related to calls and emails to develop a pipeline in logistics, industrial and skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail.
• Researches industry trends and delivers insights to support clients' growth.
• Assists in preparing materials for client pitches and engagement activities.
• Processes contracts and documentation for compliance to frameworks.
• Prepares and presents regular reports on recruitment progress and client satisfaction to leadership.
• Supports basic sales activities by providing market information and updating records.

Responsibilities

• Maintains regular communication with candidates, providing updates and feedback at each stage of the process
• Meets weekly quotas related to calls and emails in order to develop pipeline of eligible candidates in the area of logistics, industrial and skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail
• Researches on industry trends and deliver insights around operational and contingent workers to support clients' growth and competitive edge
• Assists in preparing materials for client pitches and client engagement activities
• Processes contracts and documentation for compliance to industrial legislation frameworks
• Prepares and presents regular reports on recruitment progress and client satisfaction to leadership within Operational Talent Solutions
• Support basic sales activities by providing market information, updating candidate and client records, and ensuring accurate data for the sales pipeline.
