You’ll become the Talent Architect in Training, sourcing candidates across Europe, interviewing, and presenting to clients. Use AI tools to speed up sourcing and improve matching.

The role offers a base of €600 per month plus performance bonuses, with real responsibility in a vibrant Barcelona office.

Formación

• Student status with internship agreement for 6 months.
• Based in Barcelona, ready to join the city-center office.
• Fluent in English plus another European language.
• Enjoys talking to people and spotting potential.
• Interested in AI to speed up sourcing.

Responsabilidades

• Source candidates and present to clients with quality over quantity.
• Be the face of blu, managing client relationships.
• Conduct market research for new business opportunities.
• Experiment with AI tools to speed up sourcing.
