Cellnex Telecom in Barcelona offers an internship within the Group Talent Acquisition team. You will learn recruitment in a leading European company by collaborating in real processes under the supervision of your tutor and the TA team.

The role covers internship recruitment, university cooperation coordination, and support for reporting and admin tasks. Hybrid model: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote, with a study grant and potential extension.

Formación

• Currently pursuing (or eligible to sign an educational cooperation agreement) a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Admin, Labour Relations, Psychology or related field.
• Native Spanish and advanced English (B2–C1), both written and spoken.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• We value a first academic HR internship, ideally in recruitment, plus knowledge of ATS or LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with internship recruitment from posting to CV screening and shortlisting.
• Support candidate communication and coordination of university cooperation agreements.
• Help with interview scheduling and process tracking for full-time recruitment.
• Contribute to recruitment reporting and administrative support within TA.

About the team

The Group Talent Acquisition team identifies, attracts and hires the talent Cellnex needs to deliver on its strategy. The team defines and manages the end-to-end hiring process, partners with hiring managers and People Business Partners, and leads employer branding, university relations and recruitment strategy and technology.

If you want to build your career in Talent Acquisition, this internship is designed to give you practical, hands‑on training in Talent Acquisition within an international corporate environment. Under the supervision of your tutor and with the guidance of the Talent Acquisition team, you will learn how recruitment works in a leading European company by collaborating in real processes.

What you'll do

Internship recruitment (main focus)

• Collaborate in the recruitment of corporate internship vacancies, from job posting and CV screening to first screenings and shortlists.
• Support candidate communication and the follow‑up of cooperation agreements with universities.

Full‑time recruitment

• Assist with interview scheduling and help keep the process tracking up to date.

Ignition Project – our internship programme

• Support the coordination of the programme calendar, intern activities and assessments.

Reporting & admin

• Collaborate in recruitment reporting (pipeline, KPIs, status, internal mobility) and provide administrative support to the Talent area.

What we're looking for

• Currently pursuing (or eligible to sign an educational cooperation agreement for) a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Labour Relations, Psychology or a related field.
• Native Spanish and advanced English (B2–C1), both written and spoken.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
• We will value a first academic internship in HR, ideally related to recruitment, is valued, as is basic knowledge of an ATS (SmartRecruiters or similar) or LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Motivated: you’re clear about wanting a career in HR and eager to learn in an international setting.
