Galenicum is seeking a Recruiting Expert to cover a maternity leave in its recruiting team in Spain. You will co-develop job descriptions, post openings, source and screen candidates, and guide them through interviews and offers.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years experience in recruiting.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience in Life Sciences preferred.
• University degree in Psychology or Sciences.
• Business English fluent (spoken and written).
• Excellent computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Co-develop Job Descriptions with Hiring Manager and align candidate profiles.
• Post jobs on LinkedIn, universities, company site and others.
• Source, screen, telephone interviews, first interviews, provide written assessments and schedule final candidates.
• Review Hiring Managers' resumes and prepare them for interviews.
• Close hiring process with final candidate and issue offer letter.
• Provide feedback to all discarded candidates and maintain interview records.
• Involve Hiring Managers in the recruiting process and in active recruiting roles.
• Train Hiring Managers on recruiting policy and processes.
• Provide exceptional customer experience to internal Hiring Managers and Candidates.
• Meet or exceed all recruiting deadlines.
• Meet weekly quotas for interviews, calls and emails.
• Proactively source talent and network; maintain pipeline.
• Manage LinkedIn and other recruiting supports.
• Maintain all feedback records and reporting.
• Attend university events.
